Description: Partnership for a Connected MN was created  in early 2020 by philanthropic and business leaders, in collaboration with Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, in the wake of COVID-19 to ensure students from high-need and underserved communities have the tools and support they need to participate in digital learning and digital life. Anna Sibley performed the qualitative evaluation for the program and was also primary designer for page 17 of the impact report (which informed the design of the following several pages, completed by another individual).
